LEQEMBI New Hire Training

Project Description

For my main portfolio piece, I wanted to showcase all my skills.

I chose a topic that is meaningful to me on a personal level: Alzheimer’s disease. I selected a medication currently approved for treatment in the US (LEQEMBI®), and reimagined creating a Canadian New Hire Training Curriculum for Sales Representatives, as LEQEMBI® is not currently yet approved in Canada, focusing on foundational knowledge surrounding Alzheimer’s disease, essential clinical trial information relevant to successful conversations in the field, and building empathy and awareness by looping in a patient journey throughout each module.

I wrote/referenced the content, templated the module based off of the current branding of LEQEMBI® , and illustrated all medical images. I used my instructional design skills to conceptualize the storyboard based on thoughtful learning objectives and assessments and adult learning principles, and integrated the module using Articulate Storyline.

I integrated a pre and post survey to capture metrics and improve future work based on valuable learner feedback.
