Iceland Tour

The first time in my life I ever vacationed to the cold – on a mission to witness the aurora. We booked a group tour with Nordic Visitor, as I was dubious about driving in a foreign land in the winter. With my Sony a7rIII and my new 70-200mm f2.8 zoom lens, I was ready.

Iceland is like living on a different planet. You can witness all 4 seasons within an hour, several times a day. It was cold, but also mild, and windy as heck, but the sights were incredible. We highly recommend it to anyone curious. Super grateful we had a chance to see the aurora, and some of the brightest stars at night I’ve ever witnessed.

I’d like to return during the 24 hours of light to see how different the country can seem.
