Evanescence

@evanescenceofficial at @centrebell on June 30 2026 for their world tour, debuting their new album, Sanctuary. I was not able to get a photo pass for this one, so I got a pit ticket and used my pocket camera.

This was a full circle moment for me – Evanescence was my first concert in 2004, when they toured for Fallen in the same venue 22 years ago – so being able to be up close and take pictures of the band was awesome.

Amy’s vocals hit just as hard now as they did all those years ago. Their setlist featured some fan classics, and much of their new album – and my first time experiencing pyrotechnics at a show; the production quality and visuals were quite a step up from how I remember their previous shows. 

When Courtney LaPlante and Nova Twins joined Amy on stage for Fight Like a Girl – you could feel the power and emotion from everyone in the crowd. 

Definitely a show to remember, while rekindling some nostalgia from the past.
